Can anyone tell me if it is possible to integrate the IPO to dental software like Dentrix? The customer wants to be able to have patient info open, click on their number and have it call out through the phones. Also the automated call back of appointment reminders. I know all the literature from Avaya sells this hard, but they don't have very good info on how to make it work. Any guidance would be great.

If Dentrix supports TAPI dialing, integration is a breeze. Appointment reminders - there are dozens of methods to make this happen with IP Offfice. If you're locked into particular software, figure out what it supports and see if it meshes with IPO. Mike

So this is not something that IP Office does by itself? Any suggestions would be great about how to set up appointment reminders.

IPO has no appointment reminder function built-in; it would require third-party software. VMPro can certainly provide the voice engine and database access pieces, but you'd still need to either write the remainder or simply buy already-built software. Have you looked at the DevConnect partners to see if there is already an integrated solution? Mike
