I had to replace the processor card on older SX20, finally got the system set up. Motel application, they have callomatic smdr. I was happy when I got the print out to work, turns out that the system is not recording local calls (7digits) only 8 or more digits. I have the manually but have not figured it out yet.? help please.

Look for the system option command 'print calls less than 8 digits'. I think its in command 100, but I will try to look up. There are 2 programming versions to the SX-20, 503 software or anything lower. If you have a brown console you have 503. Hope this helps.
