Hi all,
We have a SX2000 with a superset 700 console and screen, we are able to input data using the console and screen, trouble is we do not have any manuals and are trying to fugure things out for ourselves, which for us who do not know a lot about this system is sometimes proving difficult, for major changes we consult the experts who come in and alter things for us, but there are a lot of minor changes which we would like to be able to do for ourselves, at the moment we are trying to set up a night service on "Night 1" and "Night Service 2" but having searched through all the forms on the system, cannot find any form which allows us to set up numbers for the night services, or to change the ext numbers for which they are currently set up for, anyone with knowledge of this would be greatly appreciated.

There are several places in the pbx where night service routing can take place, like trunk service assignment and call rerouting assisgnment. Depending on what you need to reroute you will have to work in the required forms. There is no real easy way of explaining how to change the routing points. I would advise you to talk with a technician who is familiar with how your 2k is programmed.
