I am having a problem trying to print phone charges on a call accounting system. What i mean is that when every I use the system the call accounting unit should print out the call made from each extension. how would i correct this problem

THEN PRESS MODE

PRESS ENTER

MAKE TEST CALL AT LEAST ONE MIN

I have tried the steps but it is not working.

make test call from room ext not console or admin phone. have someone watch the data led
on the call accounting system if it flashes data comeing from pbx if not call for service.

The data light on the inn-form doesn't light. It prints out o calls processed per hr. Maybe there is something in the phone system.

COULD BE BAD CABLE
BUT MOST LIKEY ITS THE MAIN CONTROL
CARD WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.& MAY NEED NEW CALLING TOO. ACTS LIKE MR. LIGHTING HAS BEEN THERE.
