I work in the IT dept and we have a Mitel SX200 running lightware 19 that kept crashing yesterday. We kept calling our vendor but they said it was a power issue and to turn the power off and back on and make sure it was connected to the UPS. We were unable to read the alarms on the console but when the system would go down the following would display on the console
WAITING FOR SYNCHRONIZATION U-LAW COMPANDING MAIN 1.10 BOOT 1.2
Also on the control card in the phone system the 2 LED display were showing a 3 and a 1. Do these numbers mean anything? The system was in a cycle of crashing multiple times from noon until about 4. It stayed up and running for the last hour of the day but we are concerned that the same may happen again. Our vendor refused to come out last night or today to look at the system.
