I am new to this forum. Thanks in advance if you can provide me any information.
I have a Mitel SX200 for a small business with 25 extentions on it and 2 of the extentions don't have a dial tone. I checked the line and installed new phones but its still not working.
Did I accidentally press anything that triggered this kind of behavior and if I did, what can I do to fix this problem....

What type of 200 do you have Light, EL/ML, ICP? What type of telephones? and what happened before they went dead?
