Hi, I am a computer guy/wire dog. I have inherited the phone system at the org I work for and am able to do basic stuff with it. Recently , we need more lines so I purchased a card 9109-010-002SA and installed it. I went into the system form 1 and the card shows up where installed, bay2 slot 2 and shows as a ons line card for both programmed and installed. The card still has an alarm light though. Can someone tell me what I am missing? Thank you

As soon as you assign the first extension number, the flashing alarm light will go out!

Fifty5footer,(What is the source of that name or maybe I don't want to know!) If he is trying to exceed the permission quantity, would he get the same thing until he tried to actually program a port? Just a ? cause I don't have any ML/EL's to expirement with.

If he tried to exceed the form 4 licenses, he would get an error telling him that he doesn't have enough licenses. Had that happen; upgraded the customer...
