I HAVE MITEL SX-50, I CANNOT DIAL EXTENSION NO. FROM THE CONSOL, WHEN I PRESS THE NO. CONSOL SHOWS INVALID. PLEASE SEND ME SOLUTIONS.

can you dial out from the room, or dial "0"?

room has no dial tone , but consol has dial tone,when I try to press room no. it shows invalid.

Sounds like you need a tech for programming and possibly troubleshooting cable,Has it ever worked.Is this one extension or all.

I agree. I think you need a programming technician.
Of course, since the SX-50 is obsolete, and Mitel no longer supports it, you may wish to think about an upgrade, especially if yours is behaving strangely.

Sounds like you lost your database. Re-initialize the software, then re-enter the database.
Also check the battery, that's probably why you lost it in the first place!

John, he PM'd me, and wanted answers and solutions to things that should be handled by a local vendor. I told him where to look in the Yellow Pages and told him good luck! These guys are looking for freebies on properties they've taken over from someone else, and frankly I'm a little tired of their somewhat demanding attitude.DB
