Is it possible that I have a confliction between my PRI card software and my IMAT software? Maybe I need a different version?

I can see the activity lights on my LAN card flashing when hooked to the PRI card. I can also see the ALT light flash when my LAN card is plugged in.

What are each of the lights for?

first of all I would set your computer IP to .31 or something in that range - not .2

I just made the change and it still will not let me ping. I can see the "ALT" light blinking on the PRI card when I attempt to do anything with it such as pinging it but no go.

Okay - I am going back to basics here to ask some questions. You say PRI "card". Is this PRI card that has a serial port on the front of the card or is it a BCC III card that has the module mounted on the mother board?

If you can't ping, the imat will never work thru the LAN port.
I'm betting the software on the PRI is not high enough to support Imat.
Originally it was only "alive" when using
the FTP downloads.

The PRI card I have has an RJ-45 port on the front to go into. I can connect through the back with serial cable to J11. The part number is 9109-615-001-NA. Does this info help?

Well it seems to be a PRI card as opposed to a module that mounts on the BCC card. Odd that you had a card working before and you have programmed other cards w2ith no problem. I talked to a guy who just programmed up a pri using IMATS but it was module on BCC card. He said he used like .241 as extension and did not program any gateway or subnet mask but not sure how much credence I give that because he isn't much of a computer guy and so may have just forgotten what he did according to the manual after he did it. Sorry I can't be more help on this. but it is sounding more and more like it may be the card. have you been able to connect to the diagnostics via RS 232?

I havn't had the card working yet. The most I have been able to do was monitor the boot up through the RS-232 port (J-11) on the back.
