Since I am not familiar with the 3300 I was just wondering how this would price out in comparison to the 200ICP in a lodging environment. Don't need dollar amounts - just in general. And are there any advantages over the 200 ICP
Thanks

I don't see any advantages of a 3300 over a 200. Of course it all hinges on growth. If a 200 will handle growth then go with it. I do know that previous releases of 3300 do not have the option to block room to room dialing which may be an issue for your hotel. Some do block room to room dialing. Since the 200icp has the embedded VM it is much better platform.

Both the 3300 and the 200 have the embedded VM and work fine for a back end VM system not very good in my opinion for a front end VM. The 200 works great in hospitality, the 3300 was not originally designed for hospitality and Mitel has been making strides to get it up to speed. With the 8.0 release it will have features like TAFAS- Its not actually TAFAS but it will pick up any longest ringing trunk or station that rings the console, Online Upgrades, and a Group Hold feature. The 3300 is also a great system for Hospitality. . Some of the features I like on the 3300 are Live PMS trace call rerouting Suite services Multiple levels of call restrictions redundant power supply's MXE Platform dual raid hard drives MXE Platform
I believe Mitel is eventually going to integrate the NuPoint VM into the 3300 to give it a full featured VM platform.
Bad thing about the 3300 is remote access and it will not do Analog VM integration
I think it comes down to size of the property and resources needed. Small to medium property's the 200 is the way to go and Medium to Large 3300
Just my thoughts Alex
