have been working on a 336 that crashed. Have it mostly back up but the SS IVs have volume problem. the two thumb wheels are only for speaker volume and ringer volume. Does anyone remember if there is a way to increase handset volume? this was not a problem before crash. The whole system had to be programmed from ground up as they did not have back-up disks. Possible iffy COV card?

There are no handset settings for the COV type telephones. If it's not the phones, it could only be the COV card, power supply, or the BCC (if there bay has one).

yeah, didn't think so, thanks for confirming what I thought - the thing went through a lightening incident so anything is possible.
