First time I have used/ setup the auto attendant on this one. I seem to have the correct stuff set up according to the manual(s) but I am not getting transferred. I am just hearing silence and then eventually getting disconnected. I can't find anything about transfer type (ie blind, supervised, etc). Unfortunately they do not have music on hold (and I am programming remotely) so I cannot tell if I am getting put on consultation hold.
Any suggestions ??

Thanks for the info. However it turned out to be a COS problem. I had copied the the VM COS over to a number which coincides with my standard for install but had inadvertently set the COS on VM exts to wrong COS. Hey waddaya want? I'm Polish.
