Does anyone know the capabilities of the SX200 to enable recording of telephone calls?
What may need to be added?
Thanks,

Which kind of 200 (analog, digital, light, EL, ICP)?? Will you be recording selectively, or all calls??

I have a 200 digital and would like to record all calls. Initially 5-10 stations which may expand to 20+ Shortly.

Analog (S/L) or Digital (Superset)? Analog is easy, even Radio Shack should be able to help you. Digital, well.... you're probably going to have to pick that off the handset outlet, which means it will be easy to disable. At that point, you'll probably have to do trunk recording. Depends on what the recording is for , whether or not users will co-operate and get good recordings. Oh, yeah, don't forget the LEGALITIES! John C. (Not Garand)

They are digital (Superset 420's) and the interviewers use a headset key to dial. Would trunk recording be handled from the system via a voice mail or what?
Thanks,

That system is to old to have voice mail integrated for call recording. You're going to need external recording equipment (dictaphone), and some sort of adapter to "grab" the analog voice.
