Have automatic attendant call forward enabled in the Console COS after 10 seconds. It should be forwarding to the Night 1 answer position (IP phone at the front desk) but it is not. I am using form 55 to route the main number to the console LDN - it is coming in on a PRI - what am I missing ?

hi Dane, put the front desk phone in the tenant of the trunks under "DID attendant access night points" in the night 1 column. I think that will work.
