Hi everybody,
I'm assisting a customer to set up wake-calls in a MITEL SX-200 (G1004 ACD), using a DVA-500 from Viking (digital voice announcer). Customer has never set wake up calls from console before.

So I created an analog extension to sit the DVA-500 (ONS port), a new hunt group with only that extension, and assigned to this HG an access code (654); tested calling to '654' and ext # 300 rings.
When I try to set on form # 19 (Call rerouting Table) "Automatic Wake-Up Routing for this Tenant" with new access code '654', I get "The access code for field 3 is invalid"
I presume I'm missing something but I'm not sure. Any idea what else should be done to get this working?

I really appreciate your help. A big THANKS!!

Is it programmed as a recording hunt group type?

Try just putting the ONS port (x300?) in form 19.

Thanks for your response tonysprout.
I'd tried before but doesn't work; same thing changing access code with two digits.
FYI, in form # 2, feature name # 32 (Automatic Wake-up) has an access code = '###', it does matter?

I'm sorry johnp, but I'd not seen your comment. It has to be RECORDING type?

It worked pretty good. THANKS to all of you! It has been a great help to me and ... my customer. Little details do the like, right? We can get closed this issue.
