We have an SX-2000 connected to another PBX via PRI. Internal calls between the switches go through fine, along with caller ID & name - except when it's an external call entering the Mitel and being routed to the other PBX - then, the caller ID is passed, but with no name.

Is the SX-2000 capable of "forwarding" the name along with the number? If so, what settings would affect this?
