You asked, "Are these options in both the COS of the trunks and the phone?" I don't know, I log into the system go to System Administration Tool, select All Forms and select Class of Service Options Assignment and made the changes. Do I need to do more? How do I make those changes on the phone??

I don't know what you mean by "what kind of trunks were using". When I try to activate the call forward on my 5330 phone by pressing the menu button and then selecting Call Forwarding it fails to activate. However, if I dial 856 which is the speed call number it rings my cell phone.

I don't understand why this is so complicated. Our Mitel rep called and had me try a few things which didn't work so then he tried it on their Mitel test system which didn't work either. They've opened a case with Mitel to try and get it working.

Our Mitel guy called and almost got things working. We can enter a cell number and activate the call forwarding but calls are forwarded to the general voice mail not the cell number.

Any suggestions?

You need to go through your class of service options for the sets and the trunks.I just set mine up in about twenty seconds and it works fine.
I didn't use a speedcall I just set it up to forward right to my phone's number.

In the Digital system you must activate Supervision for trunks involeved in ext. call Fwding in order to make it work..
