I have a user that can't access his voice-mail with his own phone. He gets an "invalid password" message. I can access his account from my phone, and by calling in from an outside line with the same password. We have Mitel version 3.2.4.49. I think some feature code was turned on (or off) and I can't figure out what it is. I tried defaulting the phone, I put my phone in his office and same problem, invalid password. Any ideas??
Thank you

Are you sure that you are trying to access the same mailbox? Sounds like a dumb question, but there could be more than one mailbox associated with that station.

Not dumb at all, in fact, you may be right. It looks like 302 general 3 is included in his mailboxes. Can I delete it from system\devices and feature codes\endpoints\150\mailboxes?
Thanks
