Hi All
I want to active camp on tone on internal and external calls and I want to repeat this tone every 5 sec I tried:
1.camp on tone time in cos =5
2.camp on tone repeating in system option =5
But when a call receives for a busy extension I just hear the tone once.

how can repeat this tone every 5 sec (internal and external)?

•Program the Auto Camp-on Timer in the Class of Service Options form for the device that will initiate Camp-on. Automatic camp-on is only supported for phones without softkeys, ONS stations, and trunks.

•Program the Camp-on Recall Timer in the Class of Service Options form for the telephone or console initiating Camp-on.

•If you intend to use Feature Access codes in Operation, assign the following codes in the Feature Access Codes form:

•Camp on - Setup (allows users to "camp-on" or wait on a busy station)

•Camp on - Retrieve (allows users to answer the camped on call. The previous call is automatically put on hold.)

•If you intend to use a feature key in Operation, program a Camp-on key in the Multiline Set Keys form or use Superkey (see Feature Keys for more information on Superkey programming).

•For sets without displays or softkeys (SUPERSET 401, 410, 4001, and 4015 telephones; 5001 IP Phone, 5005 IP Phone, 5010 IP Phone, 5201 IP Phone, 5205 IP Phone, 5207 IP Phone, 5215 IP Phone and 5215 IP Phone Dual Mode), assign Feature Access Codes, program a Camp-on key, or enable automatic camp-on.

Maybe multicall appearances that ring continous would work for you.

but how about external calls?

The trunk needs to be set up as the station would to allow the campon feature.
