Last week we pulled a PRI out--in Form 1 there are no traces of the card being programmed but I still have a Major Alarm. Do I have to send a tech to reset the system?

Check the Alarm threshold settings PCM Channels.

Thanks. I went in there and reset the thresholds for Bay 3 (where the PRI was) and for the System. Thanks again. I knew that--but I forgot.
