First post but I am stuck!! Moved a client to a new location with their old Nitsuko 124i. It has 2 port NVM-2e voicemail. Moving was a snap but now they have me programming it. I finally figured out how to get into programming from a phone, and I have it set up to ring a group of phones for all 6 of their lines (used 909 & 910).
I also set up the 6 lines to ring group 1 which has the extensions group assignment. Have them in reverse order for outgoing. Looked like I had it all set but for some strange reason, line 4 lights up red, then proceeds to go to voicemail AA. I hyperterminaled the NVM-2e to see if something was wrong in there but there is no AST's set. All five other lines do exactly what they are suppose to do, and the hunting works correctly.
What have I missed in the 4 hours I wasted trying to resolve this???

If I understand your question correctly, when line 4 rings, it goes directly to voicemail.
Did you check the port for voicemail in 909? It's possible the vm port might have the same IRG as the ringing stations. It's picking it up before any of the phones.
1) IRG No? (ex 1)
2) STA PORT No? (vm port)
3) STA PORT_nnn: [should be zero, no ring]

In 0910, the targets for co4 day, nit, mid, rest should be the same as the other co's. Just confirm it's the same.

In 0901, check items 14-17. They should be set to 0. If it's set to 4, it goes to the vm group.

Check the above and see if this resolves your issues.

Additionally you may need to double check trunk is in 0901:14-17. Make sure it isn't set as a DIL.
A6 is correct but I think with alltrunks going IRG 1 the problem would be on all lines.
