Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there can help me with a problem. I have a Nitsuko phone system that has been in about 8 years and one of the phones came up waiting for program, what would I need to do to get it working again? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The phone system model # DX2NA32 Phone part # 92573 there is a data # of 16TXH-LC2 > I do not have any user guides or manuals for the system.
Thank You!

Help us out a bit here. Turn the phones over and see what the model number is. Go back to your phone/equipment room and see if you can get a model number from the KSU (main unit, brain box, Service Unit). Do you have any user guides?? Do you have a manual??

The numbers you are providing look like they are off of a 32 button Nitsuko phone. The previous post from JW asks what is the model of the KSU or the control unit. All of your phone sets are wired to a central location where the actual phone system resides. A closet with alot of wires. If the phone is in programming mode, press dial to get out or dial+1+hold if a 384 or 704. If the phone says system start up in progress, power cycle the KSU which leads back to the question of where that is located. User guides can be obtained from the NEC website.

It probably is a onyx vsi system. program it as onyx vs system , it is very similar
at ext 300, press #775312# if it get you into program mode , it then is a vsi system simply exit by press volume down key or let it auto expire

What about setting up the buttons on a 32txh? I would really like a manual if possible.
Thanks! -- Ryan
