My wife's business just bought a building complete with an operating NVM-200 voicemail system and about a dozen 22 button DS2000 phones and 1 34 button super display. The thing works fine and I brought in 3 outside phone lines to the vm cabinet that, by sheer luck, mapped to lines 2,3 and 5 of the phone system.
I have complete documentation and figured out how to map mailbox 1 to the first outside line and change the greetings but can't figure out how to:
1. map one outside phone line to a fax machine
2. program it so the outside lines show up as lines 1,2,3 on the DS2000's

PS I called the service providers sticker on the NVM system and they are out of business and Nitsuko has not given me a remplacement vendor
