A customer of mine called today and said that his voice mail system hard drive crashed. He brought it to a pc repair place and had the hard drive cloned and now he is getting a security error and cannot use his voice mail. How could we install a new hard drive and still have the settings of the old hard drive???? Originally when the hard drive went he had a CRC on Drive C error. But since he installed the Ghost copy on the New hard drive and installed the new hard drive in the voice mail.... he has a security error. Anybody have any idea???

You have to contact CTL direct to get it repaired. Unless you actually duped the drive when you bought it (not Norton) it won't work. Their security is tight.
