I have Nitsuko 124i system.
We are trying to set MOH up on the system. I have the jumper changed to ext, and I know where the programming menus are, but I am having a stupid moment.
I have a headphone cable that I cut the headphones off of and I have a ddk connector, but I am not sure how I should connect the two together to get the MOH working.
I am, admittedly, not a phone guy, I am the IT guy. But we had our phone guy out last night and he just said that he did not know how to wire it. So any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Might want to get a new phone guy.
on the processor, there is blue DDK plug labled EXMOH.
Ususally, the Violet Slate pare is connected to this and the make the connection on teh 66 (or 110) block. You would then Splice some X-connect wire form the headphone cable and punch down the X-connect to your Violet/Slate pair.

Thanks for getting back to me!
The only other question that I have is this. The headphone cable that I cut has Red, Blue, and black wires. I assume that the red and blue are LR on stereo headphones and the black is ground. If that is right which wire goes to Violet and which to slate? Or does it matter?
Sorry if this is such a stupid question, I just don't want to break anything. I will also call the phone company that we occasionally use out of Denver (we are 250 miles away from any large city)
