Hi, We have a DXE 24 set up in our office on which we want to change a DIL Assignment. The problem is that we have fallen out with the orginal installer of the equipment and so are unable to get the installer password from them needed to change a DIL. Is there any way to change the installer password back to the default without trashing all the other settings or is there anyone who can help with the MF password? I know that it is against the rules to post passwords on this board so please contact me via email if you can help me ( [email protected]). I also have all the manuals for the DXE systems (24/32/96/96+) such as the Hardware manual, Programming manual, User guides etc so if anyone needs these feel free to email me at the same address and I'll send them on to you! posting of passwords is not allowed in the open forums here .
I would demand the passwords from the installing company the system and passwords are rightfully yours
