I wondered if someone could help us with an issue with the 824 system. We had a power outage that left us unable to pick up any calls when the phones rang or dial out. We changed the battery and it resolved the dial out issue, however of the 7 phones we have only one rings now and in the event you pick that one up, none of the other phones ring. We tried to switch the console and it appears that it is not the console but the location where the console is attached. Does anyone know what we should do to get the phones ringing again? We would appreciate any help.

Does anyone know what we should do to get the phones ringing again? call your vendor or if you need one click on the installer link at the top of the page

I am not able to get support as this is a very old system according the technicians. Anyone who can help with this or should we just trash it and buy a new system?
