Can a meridian 616 be programmed for call waiting and if so, how long should the programming take.

You should be able to use your link key or the link feature code to answer call waiting.You might have to reprogram the timing for it.I believe the factory default is 600 ms.Re-programming the timing should not take but a few minutes,but you may have to do it several times before you get it set properly.Your local service provider should be able to tell what the correct timing is for 'flash',which is what a link key is.
