I have just been given a meridian 1 phone with programmable buttons. Nobody here seems to know how to program them, nor is the system person availble. Is there a simple way I can program them - say for redial, conference, and/or transfer. I do not have acess to the software and do not have a feature button and do not have any password.

You must have access to the system through an on site terminal or by modem, and then know the loads and mnemonics to reprogram this phone. You may also be using Centrex services from your local telco, which means they would have to program the phone for you. This set may not be compatible with your system or port that you are using.
