I have a customer that had an Norstar 824. Their system won't hold its settings if the power is lost. 1. Is there an internal battery that can be replaced that powers the system memory. 2. If not, can a RAD be used to save and restore the system settings for the customer. 3. If so, where can I obtain the RAD software utilities for the remote access.
Thank You

Battery is not consumer replaceable. You can save system settings with a RAD and restore.I do not have any more copies of remote utilities, but will see if I can locate a source for you.
