I have a customer with an 8x24 or a MICS. Not sure as I have not be out there in a while. Their time and date are not changing. It just displays the same time and date all the time. She can log in and change it, and it will change, but not keep the time.
Anyone ever had this before? My customer says this has occured before and their previous vendor did a "reset". I told her to power down the system, but she stated that usually doesn't work. I was not aware of a "soft reset" for the Nortel.

zman,
I had this on an old 616. Had customer unplug from power, wait 15 seconds, then plug back in. It fixed the time problem.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

IF the time stop or keep moving slow and keep feezing ,you will need to replace the system the hardware is deffective (clock chip).IF you reboot and still having the same problem then you will need to swap the unit.
