I have a phones (x 22) that say's
Services on. The I press list and it says
Night Restriction. The person at this phone
wants to be able to take system out of night mode manually when she works late.
Also, she has a night button that when press
says denied in admin. They don't use the night mode button because the system is on a schedule.

Sounds like 22 is not the control set for the service mode. It defaults to 21 as the control set. Change this and it should work.

Sounds like the system is in automatic mode and is switching by time. You will need to go into programming under "Services" then change from automatic to manual. Hope this helps.

night mode by feature 87?

If I'm not mistaken, if the system is in auto, you will have to change it manual in programming in order to do anything on the phone.
