Does anyone have a compatability matrix that includes 6.1? Or if someone could tell me what rev. software I need for external call forward on a Mics. It has a Flash 1.9 on it. The Mics is currently a 4.0. I was thinking of upgrading to a 6.1 but the Flash won't work. Any ideas much appreciated.

are you trying to call forward from the MICS or the voice mail? the 4.0 mics should do it, but you would need a call pilot or NAM to do it from the voice mail.

I'm trying to do it from the MICS. I thought I needed a higher rev. to externally call forward a phone.

i think it is available from 4.1 onwards ...
and you need to program a routing code and use that to forward calls ...
compatibility matrix does not give this information
