Is there any sw version for a Mics to allow a station to be forwarded off site? I'm tring to have a call transfered by the operator call forward off site.

you can do it two ways. the MICS 4.1 and above allow you to call forward off-site, but they do a trunk to trunk transfer, thus using two lines to complete the call. The other way to do it is have centrex enabled on your telephone lines. The operator simply uses the link button to make the transfer off-site.
