Client has an MICS with T-1. Calls are dropping randomly, but not the entire T-1 is dropping (e.g. - desk "A" call is dropped while person at desk "B" keeps on talking). The sets do not "blink-out" and caller can immediately re-dial and be connected.
Carrier tested the T-1 and found no problems. There are no alarm messages on the system indicating T-1 has dropped its connection.
Any idea as to where to start checking?
Thanks in advance,

Same trunks? It is my understanding there are only "channels" on a T-1, but I might be confused about your question. The calls are dropping randomly. There appears to be no common denominator.

Trunks and channel is interchangeable in this case. You are describing the classic example of slips. Have you checked for slips? Bill

How would one check for "slips"? Does that have anything to do with timimg?

You monitor the circuit for slips. Most CSU's will tell you if you have slips, so will some equipment. You can't test the circuit out of service and see slips. It has everything to do with timing. Bill

Going to add if you see slips and this is a telco switch to your switch, the trouble is you. You have to sync off telco, always. Bill
