Working on a 616 ksu- DN 21 was programmed for only 3 out out of the 4 lines in the system. All the other DNs had 4 lines. I tried to program the 4th line on the station, but the 4th line was not available for selecting.

Any ideas how I might get that 4th line on sta 21?

Sorry about the delayed response-

The set is a M7310 and has 1 IC button. The customers also have M7208 sets and might have been changed to the 10 button, if that could be a factor.

How about the type of set (MDL) under user preferences? Could there be a type of set that maxes out at 3 lines?

Not sure of your experience, but have you programmed 6x16's before? There should be an "add" button in the window (when viewing Lines). When you press "add", L4 should appear.

An M7310 will definitely show four lines, if not eight.
