We have a customer who purchased from another company the "Goldmine" power dialer and CRM package.
We have tested one station using a CTA100. It worked fine.
Now I'm told that we can purchase some kind of module that will do the same thing as the CTA100 but it interfaces the KSU itself with the computer network instead of using a CTA100 for every workstation.
Can someone tell me the what the moddel number is for this part so I know what the heck I'm ordering??

this may help you out. haven't done the server hookup before though it has been suggested. anways, looks like the cta100 hooked up to a server will do the trick for you. read this as it should enlighten what you are up against. this is an older document and i'll try to dig up something newer off the partner site. this group has a manual online so figured it would be easier than trying to email you one. https://www.norcomsupply.com/chap09.pdf

Just an thought...
We have a CTA-100 connected to a TSP Server... We then have our client workstations connect via RAPPORT Software...
It allows CID Information to be passed to any registered client...
