Have a Mics with Nam mail, when trunk mode is unsupervised incoming call to A/A stays up for (after calling pty hang up) the long count. When the trunk mode is supervised incomming call pretrips and mail doesn't answer. What did I miss. Thanks, Tony

The lines should be supervised, so they release after call is complete.
Is auto-attednent answering all calls?
or Is auto-attendent backup for calls not answered by live person?
If all else fails, use a BFH.

When lines are set to unsup they answer after 4 rings. When I make the lines sup they pretrip and I do not get the greeting, just goes dead,

JJ is correct, the lines must be supervised. But as to going dead ? sounds like a problem or something is not configured properly. Check all the config info for your lines, also check your HARDWARE and make sure the cards say what they are. Maybe after all settings are verified then go into Maint and disable them and re-enable them.

Then what is the opposite of Progress?
