I have set up the "company greeting". I have set the startalk to answer the lines. I have greeting 1 set to table 1. I have recored the greetings for 1-3 (morning, afternoon, & evening). And "the automated attendant menus prompt" is what is played when calls are answered by the auto attendant. I need it ot play the company greeting. What am I doing wrong?

In the AA part of VM admin, Did you: Set line xxx to ANS:Y TABLE:1 RINGS:X When you recorded the Greeting, did you save them? (check by going in and playing them) And under the Operator status (F982) you have ANS LINES:Y and BUSINESS OPEN:Y Check those items. Will have to think again if those are all ok.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

I found my problem. The "Business Status" was set to N. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by NTlayoff: In the AA part of VM admin, Did you: Set line xxx to ANS:Y TABLE:1 RINGS:X When you recorded the Greeting, did you save them?
