We have 2 PRI's. We are only getting calls on one of the PRI's. When the good PRI is busy, callers experience a busy signal. The LEC monitored the d channel and the Norstar was giving a cause code of 21. Any advise?

Not yet, the system is in Seattle and we are having a long distance love affair going on. What I did try last night though was the following: I was dialed into the RAD on channel 1, I placed channels 2-23 in "Near end out of service". Made a call to a known good DID and got a busy signal. I placed channel 23 in idle and got fast busy, I assumed my call to the DID would be answered on channel 23, it was not. I released 22, 21, 20... the same fast busy. Not until I got down to releasing channel 3 did I get calls. My next step will be to frog the circuits. Thanks for the help, Jim O
