You will need access to system programming, under "Terminals and Sets" you will find the option to set up Call Forward no answer and Call forward on busy. Only do so if the outside lines are not programmed to ring on your phone or you will end up with more calls in your box than you bargained for. If you are not sure which extension the VM is attached to, do a Ftr 985 and the display will show the VM extension.

At last! One that I can answer.

If, on the other hand, the system is a Meridian/SL1, you need to specify call forwarding in station programming. In LD10 or LD11, add "FNA" to the CLS field and specify the voice mail DN as the forwarding DN (FTR FDN xxxx or FDN xxxx).
