MICS w/ Flash 4 & 17 stations; new client to me; system seems like a normal setup. Client requested no CFB to VM so CFB was set to none on all stations. But the one station that rings on incoming lines still goes immediately to vm even though its CFB is set to NONE.

Any thoughts?
Thanks,
MWM

Sounds like AA is answering. Do a F982 and the password. That should tell the story!

Also, check that the extension has more than 1 ICM so that a second call can come in.

Also besure you dont have a answer Dn on another set that is call forward busy to vmail. Sometimes even if the set does not exist physically it still exists in the programming. Happend to me once, never forget it.

Your tips were all good and I appreciate it; --- the winner was DND-on-Busy. Cleared it and no more CF>vm.

But why DND-on-Busy sends it to vm is still a mystery to me.

Thanks again,

The reason this works is because when you go off hook, your basically busy. DND on busy puts your phone into DND mode when in use. What happens when your in DND mode and you have a MB??? Calls do not ring your phone but go directly to VM.
