Caller ID is working, the CID is transfered to extensions BUT when in night service the display only has the incoming line number that the call came in on displayed. Any thoughts?

IS IT GETTING 2 FULL RINGS IN NIGHT SERVICE? IS THE VOICEMAIL ANSWERING IN NIGHT FIRST AND THEN THEY ARE TRANSFERRED? IT NEEDS TO RING 2 TIMES TO GET ALL THE INFO FOR CALLER ID. YOU PROBABLY THOUGHT OF THIS ALREADY. JUST THE FIRST THOUGHT THAT CAME TO MIND.

Is CLID turned on for the sets that are ringing in night mode?
As emmitt said is the AA answering prior to 2 rings?
Dos the software support CLID on multiple sets (6.0 or higher)?
