i have a client has pri with did's Reception complains that she gets disconected alot. alarm codes i got where in the 995,905, my vendor said it is slippage on the pri or the clocking,is there any way i can test my ksu before calling bell.

Build a T1 shorting plug and put it in the PRI card. It'll take your circuit down so it should be done after hours. Let it run on itself for a good period. If the slips stay it's a system problem. If they go away it's like the other 9 million sites with slips that turned out to be the T1 pipe.

Look under maintenace and get the version number because there were PRI issues with the ealy RLS 6.1. The one that has no issues should end with G10.

i will look at that monday,now my pri comes from rogers cable wich they get it from bell canada. now rogers tell me they have the platform set to ni-2 and bell says they have it set to dms 100 i have my mics set to ni-2 does anyone know if that might be the problem should i try to set it to dms 100????????????
