Hello everybody!
I have a call-pilot 150 mini on an opt 11c - my problem is that the default password has been changed!!!. I can connect thru a crossover cable with the default ip address, call pilot manager comes up, and then i'm stuck! :bang: ...my phones are 3903s and 3904s, thus, no "Feature" key to do the F985, sigh!
I'm contemplating of taking out an mics or cics on-site, temporarily hooking it up to the cpilot, then do the F985...i'm just worried it might delete existing messages/greetings in the call-pilot...does anyone know how to reset the password? kindly pm/email me please...would greatly appreciate any help!

I think Bunnie posted here that she tried a mini on a MICS and it came up. Worth a try.

Bunnie back at you, got my ears perked up.
I took in a MICS that had a Call Pilot 150 with just two jacks, 4 ports not 8.
If you were to hook it up to a MICS, I think I could walk you through resetting the password. Can't post it here, you can PM me.
The original specs. on the Call Pilot 150, 4 port, were that it would work on both the Option 11 and the MICS. The 4 port version must have been out for a VERY short period because this was the only one I had seen with 4 ports and no one I've talked to has seen one. Outside and inside it says it is a Call Pilot 150, no one would have replaced the cover and the inside labeling on a CP 100.

You cannot connect a mini to a MICS. I have the CD in the PC right now and seeing if I can find a reset way. In the past I have seen Nortel dial in and reset it. But I don't think you have remote access on it do you?
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Don't listen to the Bunnie, she doesn't know anything, everyone is correct but her, she is the only one that is wrong 100% of the time, unless you have a zipper in the front of your pants and drive a truck you are not smart enough to say anything.

Bunnie... calm down. Google Call Pilot mini. Takes you right to the Nortel web site. Notice that if click on the icon that says Call Pilot 100/150 it says Norstar. Also notice if you click on the Call Pilot Mini icon you get Option 11 PBX. Two different animals. Right from the manufacturer. No one has been able in my multiple years of Nortel installation been able to make the two different animals interact. And quit worrying about others zippers.

Zipper's are quite common on most pants. Male or female. We don't discriminate here at sundance, your posts are as welcome here as anyone elses Bunnie. To suggest that the problem is that you are a woman is inaccurate and it sounds like a cop out to me. JMHO

I could have explained it to you, but not now. You know it all. You are so positive, you couldn't be wrong. You looked it up, that is certainly better than practical experience any day. You're so damn smart, you fix it. There won't be another reply of mine on this problem and say anything you want, I won't be checking the Nortel forum for a while, you're big boys, you can figure everything out by yourselves. If you get stumped, find an economy size bottle of AstroGlide, I hear it does wonders for brainstorming.
