Here's an interesting one,
When certain mailboxes save their messages the following occurs: The user can log back in and the display will show the correct number of saved messages however, when they messages are played there is no body - the display goes straight to "Next, Previous, etc." as if the message was less than 1 second long. This issue occurs 100% of the time on 3 particular phones/mailboxes. The other extensions (approx. 12 or 15) seem to be OK - I verified at least 1. They all have the same COS. I also rebooted the system, but the problem remains.
Any thoughts?

Hey Toner,
I haven't seen this problem yet. I would make sure your patches are current. (That's an answer we're going to start using a lot more now! )

No Unified Messaging, but it looks like the patches solved it. It's a good thing the customer had a good Internet connection though - that patch is something like 170 megabytes!

Hey Toner,
Just keep the latest patches on your laptop or a USB drive. Then you don't have to worry about downloading them from the customer's site. We don't have to keep nearly as many patches since the software management patch came out. As long as you have the latest cumulative patch (SU #2 in this case), and any patches that have come out since then, you're good to go.
