I saw this on another forum and it's got me lost so I thought I would put it here to let us have at it.
MICS 7.0 with PRI using External Call Forward. This works fine as long as someone within the Norstar calls or transfers a call to the ext that is forwarded. But if someone from the outside world calls the DID # of the forwarded ext the call will not go through. The carrier says that they are getting the Original CALLING PARTIES # and they do not want that. What they want is any number that is associated with the Norstar itself. So I guess the question is on a Redirected call how do you stop/drop the Calling Parties # from passing through on the PRI and just send your information?
