I am dealing with a MIC and a NAM (Do not know the version of software yet). The problem we are experiencing is sometimes the phones do not indicate there is a message until the next day. It is a very busy NAM and I am wondering could the port that sets the message notification be busy? If so, is there any way to fix this? Is there a Web site that can help me with what is compatible with MIC and CICS ?
