You are adding a trunk card in an Exp Trunk module?? Have you gone under Hardware and configured that module for the right kind of Card??
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Never new there is VOIP choice of Trunks in MICS. But maybe you are talking about BCM? Then you have to go to Hardwere and change Module type.

I believe ports 097 to 144 are set up for "VOIP". Check where your C.O. line ports are. They should be before that, 001 to 049 or 049 to 096. I think I've had the PRIs on 001 to 049, before. Check the ports.
