Don't know about the 15 seconds. What if my message was "leave a message", which is about 3 seconds? That's the amount of time to hit the F987.

You can still pull them out while they are within the 15 seconds while they are leaving youa message. After that you cannot.
Even on the NAMs & the older Flash systems. They would even leave the partial message from the caller(as a new message)in your mailbox prior to your Interrupt-ing.
The Interrupt was the best Feature of the Norstar Voicemails-no more sitting, waiting for the message to finish, Open MB, Then as you were listening to that one, another call would come in.

Nope & nope. I tested 10 ways till Sunday. Does not work.
